Tisca Chopra also known as Tisca Zareen Arora is a famous Indian actress, author and film producer. She is the well-known face of the television. Apart from working in many different languages like Tamil, Malayalam, Telugu, etc., in which everyone faces the difficulties, she also proves her talent by acting in more than 50 features films with eminent directors like Prakash Jha, Aamir Khan, Madhur Bhandarkar and so on. Early life:
Tisca Chopra took her first breath on 1 November 1973 in Himachal Pradesh and brought up in the Punjabi family of educationists. She had done her schooling under her father’s administration in Apeejay School. Later, she graduated in English literature from Hindu College, Delhi University. After completing her education, she went to Mumbai and polished her acting skills with prominent theatre artists Naseeruddin Shah and Feroz Abbas Khan.
Career:
The marvellous lady started her career in theatre by acting in plays “All The Best”, “Mahatma Gandhi” and advertisements. She garnered the admirations from audience and critics from the play “Dinner With Friends” which travelled to many cities across the world. She made her debut in film Platform’ against Ajay Devgan and never went back on. After the starting kick, she performed endlessly in more than 30 films. In 2007, Tisca appeared in Taare Zameen Par against Aamir Khan in which her performance got high applauds, and that is her best-known feature film. Her another feature film ‘Qissa’ also made a remarkable success on the box-office. The film premiered at Toronto film award in 2013 and won the renowned NETPAC award for the best Asian film.
